As our name and decor reveal, wine occupies the place of honour. Bar’Vin is based on our great passion for wine and nearly 25 years’ experience, both professionally and as a hobby.
And the wine opportunities are many. We have a large selection, in glass and bottle, predominantly biodynamic, but also organic and conventional wines. The common denominator for all of our wines is the craft – most of them come from small wine farmers who are specialists in their field. They are talented and passionate and able to produce wine on a completely different level than most other wine farmers in the area in question.
We are always able to serve you a glass of one of the approximately 70 wines that are open at all times. We renew our selection regularly according to the season, weather conditions and, not least, the menu; so there is always ample opportunity to have a taste of the world of wine.
